Repair & Maintenance
Britannia Fleet Services provides repair and maintenance services at its 14 bay Mississauga Service Depot. Mobile repair services are available to fleet accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For accident and warranty repairs, Britannia Fleet Services is relied upon by insurance companies, finance companies, and fleet owners.  Britannia strives to make the accident and warranty repair experience ‘pain-free’.

Britannia can provide loaner equipment to assist in maintaining business continuity while equipment is in for repair; as well, Britannia can provide parts salvage from transport equipment wreckage in order to save cost and reduce equipment downtime.

Maintenance & PM Support
Britannia’s maintenance database tracks and provides real time reporting for all equipment. Reports and inquiries include units on PM report, units coming due for service and with options to provide ‘service windows’, repair cost by VMRS code, cost per month per unit, and cost per KM per unit report. Britannia Fleet Services provides comprehensive breakdown service.  Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for our fleet accounts.

Warranty Service and Administration
Britannia Fleet Services provides complete Warranty and Administration Service.  Britannia is a Warranty Centre for many of the leading OEM component and trailer manufacturers. Britannia can properly identify the claim according to warranty specifications, and then manage the claim process including bill-backs.
